Between 1918 and 1925, he was a collector of zoological collections for the Museu. Basically, the places of collection where he used to go are places from Catalunya, although there are some collection areas from Morocco and Mallorca. Within the inventoried collection, we can find more than 1,140 specimens of birds, almost 500 of mammalians, more than 25 of amphibians, 45 of reptiles, more than 540 of arthropods and 136 of mollusks.
In 1920, he was admitted in the Institució Catalana d’Història Natural as a collector of zoological collections.
