The Documentation Centre of the Natural History Museum of Barcelona has considerable bibliographic resources and all kinds of information on earth and life sciences, with specialization in the following thematic areas: geology, paleontology, mineralogy, nature, biodiversity, zoology, ethology, bioacoustics, taxidermy, and museum studies. The centre is consists of the Archive, the Library and the Media Library.
All the information resources related to botany are in The Library of the Barcelona Botanical Institute. Is essentially a research library but is open to anyone interested in botany. It is located in the Botanical Institute, a mixed Barcelona City Council-CSIC Centre located in Montjuïc mountain. |
