Type locality

“La Albufera de Valencia”. Revision of labels of type specimens indicates the type locality is restricted to: “El barranco de Carraixet”.

Toponymic note and update

Gulley in Carraixet, an inhabited place in the municipality of Alboraia, València, Spain.
